Texas Supreme Court rules against GOP effort to throw out 100,000 drive-through ballots in Harris county. I told you we were going to win a lot of these court battles. I knew we’d win this one in particular.
There’s still a federal hearing. But this is a major victory, and this makes it harder for federal court to go the other way. Stop with the “but the next court will just magically overrule it for Trump” fatalism. Nothing works that way.
The reason we’re going to win most of these court battles is that the Trump/GOP position has little to no legal standing to begin with in these cases. Even if certain judges prefer to lean a certain way, they still have to maintain their own credibility.
Trump isn’t going to magically get millions of votes thrown out. That’s just not a real scenario. It’s a desperate fantasy from a delusional man who’s watching his life slip away. Don’t let this stuff rattle you. Get out and drive voter turnout instead.
Some of you have become completely allergic to good news. You immediately start spinning it as negatively as possible. That kind of fatalism is toxic and it’s contagious. Please stop. We can’t focus on fighting a war while you’re screaming “we’re gonna lose” in our faces.
