What I believe the Minnesota Timberwolves should do this offseason, a thread:
The Wolves had a tough season, going 19-45 after having high hopes for the playoffs, they can attempt to fix this tough.
As many of you know, KAT and D-all are best friends and amazing players on the court, so it should be the main option to keep them satisfied.
Both struggle defensively, which is why the Wolves should target some good/above average defenders.
They got really lucky in the draft, having very high draft picks, (1, 17, and 33)
They should use this to their advantage. A rumored player is Aaron Gordon, which I believe is a phenomenal pickup.
In my opinion, Aaron Gordon desperately needs a change of scenery, and the Wolves is the perfect place for that. Orlando saw that AG and Isaac won’t work considering they are both PF’s, and it’s best to trade AG. The Magic could really use these picks too.
The Trade:
Simple trade really, just trading the 17 overall pick for AG.

The NBA Draft. Like I said they got very lucky with these picks, use them to your advantage!

Edwards is a great pickup. I don’t like the idea of D-Lo at SG, so they should rather draft one instead. What more should I say really? Just a great player.

Malachi Flynn
Averaged 17.6 PPG, 5.1 APG, 37.3% 3PT in college. He has potential to be good, Wolves should go for it. Good playmaker, defender!!! and shooter.

Develop your young guys.
Naz Reid, Culver, even Jaylen Nowell looked decent. Let them develop, they can be huge for you guys. Some of them are even good defenders. Culver has potential, being able to play 3 positions as well as being a good defender.

Don’t spend all your time resigning certain players.
Try to resign Juancho Hernangomez and Omari Spellman, but if they decline it it’ll be alright, they don’t really “need” them if you understand what I mean, plus other teams have interest in them.
