Im watching the #DefianceDoc and there's discussion of the criminalization of "carnal knowledge" in the penal code in Nigeria which is straight out of British colonial laws.

That language is in Ghanaian code, was in Indian penal code.

The Nigerian state has expanded these awful laws

This is heartbreaking. Criminalization serves no purpose but to grant the society a dehumanized scapegoat for the State and the society to harm #DefianceDoc #QueerNigerianlivesmatter
