Steele dossier thing was carefully gamed and teased for months. I'd guess it's one of the four Ps: Pompeo (State), Pottinger (NSC), Peter Navarro (crazy town), Pillsbury (think tankistan). My money's on Pottinger coz he's Mr Taiwan, and he's gonna be outta here when Trump loses.
