Something I’ve been confused about (it doesn’t take a lot). 4,000 deaths a day is a worst case projection. USA with a population of over 331.5m has only had a highest death toll of 2,742 a day.
India with a population of 1.384bn has a highest death toll of 2,006. Brazil population of 213m, highest daily death toll of 1,554. Spain population of 46.75m highest daily death toll 967, France population 65m highest daily death toll 1,437
Italy population of 60m, highest daily death toll 891. Either they really aren’t recording their deaths right or we’re not. Or is it that we are really unhealthy/old/ill that one whiff of a virus and we’re going to die here in the UK. @Jon_statistics which is it do you think?
Or can anyone else please explain this to me as I don’t get it. @AlistairHaimes @allisonpearson @JuliaHB1 @MichaelYeadon3 @Iromg @richardm56 @timspector
