The romance genre ain’t it for us. Leave it alone.
It sets up unrealistic expectations and ideals that we place on men and there’s the fact that it stirs up in us a state of heightened but false “love” emotions.

It actually can cause us to lust for & idolize romance above actual biblical love that our husbands give.
Romance in marriage is fine, but it’s not the goal of marriage.
A steady intake of that genre can sow bad seeds in your mind and heart.
