HOW MANY MAIL IN VOTES ARE LEFT TO COUNT ?

1. I've been tracking VBM requests/returns for every state and DC
2. Where possible, in person voting was excluded
3. Sometimes, states would send out ballots to everyone, but some voted in person anyway -

those IP votes were backed out
4. TN and TX didn't have a count that I could find anywhere for mail ballot REQUESTS; those states were excluded from my analysis
5. Part of my data collection involved use of data collected by @ElectProject and NBC/Targetsmart.

6. Obviously, some of the "mail outstanding" has already been voted in person (or will be on Election Day) - without a detailed national voter file, there's no way I can ever track those voters and remove them from my count of remaining voters
