People always think I don't have a job, but I do. But, I have learned how to keep the job in it's place and still WIN in my business.

So here is how you can manage your career and business.
1. Conduct all business meetings during your lunch hour. I conduct my business coaching, podcast interviews and media interviews during my lunch hour Monday- Friday.
2. I record and develop all new content on weekends or during my lunch hour. If you have a blog, Youtube channel, or podcast show create new content when your mind is fresh.
3. I develop my business daily to list in the morning before 10 AM EST. This will set the pace of your day and keep you on track.
4. I respond to emails only during business hours 9 AM - 5 PM. Keep those boundaries up.
5. If you hire me my legal team will review all contracts for me before signing. Hire a lawyer to help you, don't feel like you need to know everything.
6. I love my @fiverr team, they do most of my graphics, website design, and edit my writing, etc. Keep your costs low and as you make more money hire a more expensive team.
7. I hired a business and marketing coach who is helping me understand how automate my business. Save yourself from mistakes and learn from the experts. Invest in a good coach and do your homework so your business will be a success.
8. Find a job that is not stressful, so you can focus on your business. It's okay to put your business first. You have to mentally make your job the side hustle and focus on your business during your lunch hour.
9. I like to listen to my readers and clients feedback. Keep finding new ways to evolve your business and focus on your clients and audience. It's okay to make adjustments, the journey is not perfect.
10. I have learned that it's okay to keep my job, since its a non demanding six figure job. If you want to keep your job while you grow your business - thats your business. Don't listen to the haters. Please get both streams of income if you desire.
