Before international donations pour in, I hope they realize how WE STILL DO NOT KNOW WHERE COVID-19 FUNDS WENT. So everyone's better off sending to #VPLeni's office if they want to send to a government agency.
Hay DDS, please tell your team leaders in your troll farms to keep updated about what's happening in the world ano ho, so you don't end up saying sh*t without basis ... oh wait ... that's your job. As it is #Duterte's. O ayan. Context ng earlier tweet. — https://twitter.com/inquirerdotnet/status/1322889979606040578
Hey #Duterte troll farms. Realize that the more you attack this thread, the more I will find stuff to prove that this gov't shouldn't get its hands on any donations. We do not know where #Covid19 donations went, and all we've gotten are lump sums for Bayanihan allocations.
And before you say shit like "that's because you believe MSM" (mainstream media ibig sabihin niyan you non-DDS peeps), here's the TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL WEBSITE. — https://www.transparency.org/en/countries/philippines#
Ayan may DDS (FINALLY!) na nagpadala ng links sa mga PDF reports ni #Duterte sa Kongreso re Bayanihan 1 allocations and where these went. Of course walang breakdown 'yan (forever lump sums) and you will see they were spending on unnecessary things instead of on food and testing.
While you're here, this is a better facility that breaks down those same allocations based on the releases of ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICES. — https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sjovcOhYY2KY3Tq3zV56rb1kPrK52SuEyJ7PWG8vOuY/htmlview
Pinaka-fascinating part though sa reports na 'yan ay ito, and number of poor officially according to DSWD ay 17 million. Na nadagdagan ng over 2 million pa, if we are talking about the distribution of assistance. That's a very small number of poor isn't it?
Especially when one considers that given #Duterte's incompetent response to the pandemic, he impoverished even MORE people, from jeepney drivers disallowed to get back on the road, to workers unprotected from abusive employers, to just cultural workers without security.
And then let's point out that the subsidy government gave was a one-time deal. How far will P8,000 get you, when the lockdown's been ongoing for 8 months?

Which is why we ask again: where did the foreign donations go? And more importantly, what is the breakdown for allocations?
How much was spent on NTF-ELCAC activities, or DPWH projects, right smack in the midst of hunger, need, and want?
Oh and the Office of Civil Defense did do a break down of donations ha, but only until May, and only of donations that went through them directly. — http://www.ocd.gov.ph/attachments/category/36/Foreign-Donations-Directly-Coordinated-as-of-21MAY2020-8PM.pdf
