There are different reports saying that a certain Pu-neeee-Tttt K-a-urrr Dh-an-aaa, petitioner through adv V-I-n-eet D-h-an-daaaa has moved a plea in the supreme court asking for Disha Salian’s case to be a court monitored probe and(2/11)
if something unsatisfactory should be taken in by the CBI which should again be court monitored. The Supreme Court asked them to take the request to the high court of Bombay since it’s their jurisdiction and they are better equipped to take the decision. (3/11)
