So...
November in general is a month I struggle a lot. I never before searched online to find tips to make me feel better. But as 2020 sucks so much I did now - and maybe it helps someone out there too.

So... here my thread of little things that could lift our mood a bit.
November 1st

The first of a month is a good date to start writing a diary...
Writing down your thoughts helps to get your mind free... Thinking of not just the bad things that happened but the good things as well - even the tiniest things count.
November 2nd

Going to the hairdresser could help you feel better too...
I was there on Saturday and I really enjoyed being spoiled with having my hair dyed and a calming scalp massage.
November 3rd

Focus your mind and relax at the same time by folding some Origami models ... it definitely helps me.
November 4th
The moment I am home today I will prepare myself a pot of tea.
This is my daily ritual now the days are getting cold again...it grounds me after an exhausting day.
And a nice cup of herbal tea helps me relax.
And it's even better when you have your favourite mug. 😊
