That’s the day disabled workers stop getting paid for the rest of the year.
That means disabled workers work 60 days a year for free.
TUC research found disabled workers were paid on average £2.10 less an hour then their non disabled peers.
That means each year, based on a 35 hkur work week, disabled workers earn £3,800 less than their non disabled peers.
