Itās OK to be overwhelmed.
Itās been an absolute rollercoaster, I honestly never expected the results to come so quickly.
Itās felt at times like I canāt keep up with everything I need to do. And the pressure at times felt too much.
But thatās OK, thereās always tomorrow!

I did this quite early on but not early enough.
Now I have pre-written responses for 90% of customer queries and a support system that can be outsourced.
This let me go on holiday last week whilst customer service & sales kept flowing.

If something isnāt working, then pause & reflect.
When I had issues around lead-time and fulfilment, I paused all marketing to allow my supplier to catch up.
Yes that cost some £, but stopped me bringing on customers that were going to be disappointed with lead-times.

Treating people well brings amazing loyalty
Customers are amazed when you treat them fairly. If a customer has an issue, itās sorted out no questions asked.

Some people are born to moan and complain, thatās just their nature.
DHL lost an order this week, we upgraded them FOC and sent out a second set.
He complained they werenāt what heād expect if he was paying for the upgrade.

There are campaigns Iāve run that havenāt generated the results or been profitable.
You donāt know that until youāve tried though, so as long as cash flow allows, Iāll keep trying!
