South Korean has decided to lay out 5 levels of social distancing guidelines for govt officials describe as “the long battle against Covid-19”

LEVEL 1: Under 100 average daily cases a week. People must wear masks in facilities such as bars, clubs, concerts etc + facilities must ventilate & sterilise regularly.
LEVEL 1.5: Over 100 average daily cases for a week. Limits on the number of people allowed in bars, clubs, restaurants etc.
People in outdoor sports facilities must wear masks.

LEVEL 2: Over 300 average daily cases for a week. Some facilities such as bars, clubs will be closed. All people at indoor facilities, gatherings and protests must wear masks. Ban on 100 people gathering. Restaurants only open till 9pm - can do takeout or delivery after.
LEVEL 2.5: Over 400-500 average daily cases for a week OR the daily number doubles. Ban on gatherings of over 50 people. Places like cinema, gyms, sauna will close after 9 PM. Masks mandatory anywhere 2 meter distance outdoors cannot be maintained.
LEVEL 3: Over 800-1000 average daily cases for a week OR daily number cases doubles. Ban on gatherings of over 10 people. Non-essential facilities all closed other than restaurants, stores, medical facilities.
The government will also have a “one strike and you’re out” policy. If a facility or group violates the preventive measures just once it will be banned from gathering or operating.
