There is no need to view a relapse as a failure because many times it can be a natural response to stressful circumstances

There’s no “wrong” way to feel
You are capable more than you realize
You don’t always need to be productive resting is not lazy
If your not speaking your storing it, and it gets heavy, get it of your chest!
No matter what you're feeling, it could help to talk to someone else about it (I’d love to help in anyway!)
Self-care looks different for everyone, but try to figure out what things make you feel better
It’s valid to feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, sad, unmotivated, exhausted
Your experiences are real and your feelings are valid and you deserve to be listened to
