About 2 years ago at a time like now I was in the dumps mentally. I didn't know why until a month later when I got diagnosed with bipolar II disorder.
Many people dismissed me a hyper/impulsive person.
My neurologically diverse brain is to blame.
So what's bipolar disorder? In very simple terms it's Kate Perry's "Hot and Cold". You switch between moods faster than politicians in an election year.
1. Big/Not so big mood
Moods change ever so often. One moment you're Kanye's "Touch The Sky" and the next @jonbellion's"Low" is you.
2. Behave
Here you're impulsive, compulsive and irritated at the slightest provocation. You have little or no regard of the consequences after. Guilt may come especially after acting impulsively eg regretting spending your last coins on a completely unnecessary thing
3. Rock a by baby
Sleep either becomes your friend or foe. Insomnia is not uncommon.
4. I think I'm Big Mitch
The psychological impact is such that you think of yourself so highly or lowly. In my experience I've thought I'm the best photog there is and to be honest I am not. Your demands border on madness and pity from your friends and clients.
Fin.
