Today marks the beginning of November. The fight begins. This is No Nut November Survival Guide.

Before we begin with how, we must first start with Why.
The truth is, it’s worth doing.

🚨🧵THREAD🧵🚨
1) We have more time. Most people spend 30 mins per session. On average they do it twice a week. That equals 240 mins a month and two full days a year. You’re rubbing one out for two days of your year. And knowing you horny bastards it’s probably a lot more. Smh.
Working on yourself instead of working on yourself can vastly improve your life 😉😉 48 hours a year will add a lot to your life.
2) You Regulate your dopamine system. Helps boost confidence, enthusiasm, you care more about more things, lowers rates (But won't completely cure chronic) depression. People who view pornography 3-5 times a week have a depression score of 18.
3) Your porn addiction, your porn watching, greatly impacts your relationships, your other addictions/unnecessary and bad quirks, and your view of… You guessed it. Women.
4) You’re more likely to have a marriage which ends in divorce when you seriously watch porn. You’re more likely to have a perverted view of sex and of women. Like a drug addict you try to obtain new highs. Which means new extremes and more intense, dehumanizing acts.
5) 🚨🚨🚨THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS WATCHING PORNOGRAPHY AND NOT BEING A SIMP. YOU’RE GLORIFYING A WOMEN TO THE POINT OF WATCHING ANOTHER MAN BONE A WOMEN🚨🚨🚨 NO SIMPS NO EGIRLS (PORNSTARS ARE THE MOST SUPREME EGIRLS)
6)And finally, (if you haven’t taken the ultimate red pill yet this one isn’t for you), but God. Ultimately porn and especially porn addictions separate us from our creator. It separates us spiritually and physically from Him who made us. Total reliance on him is key to success.
Prayer, scripture studying, fellowship with like minded Christians.
🚨🚨🚨Some Methods To Stopping. 🚨🚨🚨
1) Perhaps the most important method, and the most painful, is deleting, blocking, or taking an extended break from Social Media. Social media where you are exposed to images, not even images of Women, but images that might trigger something in your mind
2) If that’s extreme this is even worse, movies and TV shows might also be very tempting. (Those apply if you are seriously in too deep. Which many people are and are unwilling to admit)
1) Work out, simply enough it helps develop self control and an energy release.
2)Don’t get bored, ideal hands are the devils workshop
3)If you’re feeling tempted msg me or a friend who is also partaking in NNN. It’s weird, but hold one another accountable.
6)Meditate, for Christians this means prayer, studying the word, or simply reflecting on how you’ve been blessed. For non Christian, lol idk, idc, plus you’re not even red pilled

7)Develop a legit sleep schedule, and eat right.
Look, this isn’t fun, if life were fun it wouldn’t be worth it, but the challenge, imo, is what makes it worth it. I’ve been doing NNE (No Nut Eternal) for a while, and we struggle and make mistakes,
, but its pretty cool doing stuff like this just to push your boundaries of self control and see if you have what it takes to stand up to your desires. Because let’s admit it folks, if you can’t tell yourself no for 36 hours straight, or for 6 months, than you’re addicted.
Contrary to what our culture would tell you, addiction is bad. It’s hyper individualist, disconnects us from the Holy Spirit, our families, our communities, and even ourselves. Pornography is a destructive force used to subvert and control the minds of young men.
As @ComradeDoyIe says the left is so incompetent that they would have no clue what to do against 100,000 young men who were disciplined and dedicated to a better tomorrow.
