1) We don't need have to have perfect mechanics. We do need to have functional mechanics. If we spend our entire searching for the perfect mechanics we may never have functional mechanics.
2) It’s better to be 100% good at something that’s 80% correct than be 60% good at something that’s 100% correct.
3) It’s our job to find out what the best thing is. It’s your job to be the best you can at doing your thing.
