....and instead were the recipients of the worst type of harassment and abuse. This culture must be uprooted. I am committed to creating healthy and safe cultures where all are welcome and we can share our passion for knowledge and hospitality. (2/4)
What can be done? Specific to CMS, we must leverage best in class external resources to run the enterprise. CEO, HR and investigations must all be independent / external. Provide training and clear boundaries to protect all students. (3/4)
Disregard for boundaries should result in permanent dismissal from the organization. Vote in a diverse group of change agents to all committees in order to evolve the organization into an inclusive group that reflects our industry at it’s most whole. We must do better.
