i know a lot of people were using it as a wholesome term or a joke, but it carries too much weight and has been too heavily fetishized to frame that way. it is a slur that only transfeminine people can reclaim
i’m not here to argue about whether the term is a slur or not - many transfems say it is and some transfems say it isn’t. regardless, it’s a word that is actively used to hurt people. please avoid using it and stick to alternative terms.
