Imo this series is what people think dies irae is, psudeo philosophical with 2 good fights and the same thing 4 (in this case 5 times) with Gary Sue's everywhere and Deus Ex Machinas out the wazoo but
it would've been cool if this show had 3 seasons and XV was the third but if you're gonna make 5 seasons of the same thing and expect me to care when every since 12th and 13th episode of the seasons are the same then the anticipation just goes away lmao
Not to mentiom how the villains suck and so do half of the main cast (kirika chris and the chain girl are goat) but hibiki tsubasa and milf white symphogear are so onesided and fall off so hard after s3 man its all the same
the singing is good? BUT hearing the same song for the same 5 people remixed at least 4 times gets a bit annoying not to mention that GX villains were in my opinion the best thing about the latter half of the series especially their reappearance even though its a minor plotline

but Its a stretch to call it good or exceptional especially considering how much pandering and reuse of old plotlines like its a one trick pony but the pony just becomes prettier each time
