There's a whole list of things we need to work harder on, no matter what happens. Partial list below. https://twitter.com/dfkpgh/status/1322563926517829637
Without jeopardizing the integrity of elections, we need to make it easier to register to vote and easier to vote.

We need to do a better job of letting people know what's involved in voting (time, effort, info, logistics), and spreading resources like http://vote411.org .
We need to help spread the word of the basics that make the Constitution work. The checks and balances and the other things that help keep things on the rails. And we need to protect those guidelines better.
And as I said in my direct reply to that tweet, we absolutely need to get back to prioritizing leadership, ethics, etc, along with policy. Policy is absolutely important. But at some point, real compromise needs to happen. Our country is too diverse not to.
And when that happens, we need to not have sent people like Mitch McConnell up their to just obstruct the other side. That's not governing.
And more than anything else, my goodness, we need to make sure more people are actively involved in voting, especially in the primaries. Because that's where we lose it. We let the hyper partisans control the primaries, and now we're stuck with 2 extreme options. Nobody wins.
That is why when I hear people on either end of the spectrum complaining about Biden, I just laugh. These people are a joke. Whether it's a single issue pro life voter or a single issue single payer voter, you're just caught up in their power play. Be better.
I don't agree with Biden on a number of policies.

But you know where I do agree with him on? Decency. Taking care of all Americans, not just the ones who voted for him. The Constitution, the rule of law and checks and balances.
And get out of the trees. See the forest. If we don't have a functioning government, if we don't have a nation based on the Constitution, then what is the point of winning on the abortion issue? Or single payer?
More importantly, we have to stop fighting for issues that only 15% of the population support.

I mention pro life and single payer for a reason. Because the most ardent supporters of both of those positions only have 10 to 15% of America that agree with them.
I'm sorry, but when 85% of America thinks that's not the right solution, give it up.
