Art 29.(1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible. Art 29.(2) In the exercise of his rights & freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of
,, securing due recognition & respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society." = Communitarianism. Individual liberty outweighted by tyannny of the majority and powerful.
Art 29.(3) "These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations." The Community as therefore UN & its State, Corporate & NGO Partners, bound together by strong global government with power over liberty, life & death.
This is a strong corporatist global government squatting above & abolishing nations. The symbol of Benito Mussolini's Fascism was the Fasci, a bundle of Stakeholders bound together by an Authoritarian state, with the axe representing power over Liberty & life and death.
The "Great Reset" attempts to repackage a planned merger of Western Corporatism with Soviet Socialism. It has been codified in Art.29 since the United Nations General Assembly in Paris on 10 December 1948.
Legal basis for Coronavirus lockdowns are Art.(29). with UN Pandemic Treaties obliging nations to suspend human rights for the purpose of forced quarantine, medical procedures, vax & financial measures. upon @WHO declaring level 4 or 5 pandemic without any method of appeal.

s.29 gives UN unlimited power, s.30 limits nations. "Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.
s.30 thus prohibits any nation or anybody from engaging in any activity or act aimed at the destruction of the unlimited rights handed to the United Nations in s.29 or any of the purposes and principles of the United Nations. Now let that settle in for a moment.
Art.(29) is the basis for all UN treaties and Agendas, e.g. Agenda 21 and 2030 insofar as they suspend or abolish certain human rights deemed “contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.”
