❗️Don’t forget coeliac screen

Confirm IDA:
✅ ⬇️ ferritin or
✅ ⬇️ transferrin sats or
✅ ⬆️ TIBC & ⬇️ iron 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳

❌ 𝘯𝘰𝘵 ⬇️ serum iron alone (can be anaemia of chronic disease)

🔝Correct ⬇️ B12 / folate

🩲PV bleeding in menopausal 👩🏼‍🦰
