4) Here we have former Minister for Health, @SimonHarrisTD on December 12th last, stating quite categorically there will be an expansion of access to medical cards for the terminally ill.

5) Minister @DonnellyStephen I might be well at present, but I am dying. The strength, time & effort that I'm ploughing into this campaign should be spent elsewhere, as well you know. However, until the promised reform is implemented, you're stuck with me.
