A man was shot dead by police after threatening people with a handgun in a city in southern France yesterday.

French news outlets claimed he shouted “allahu akbar” & suggested it was an Islamist terrorist attack.

HOWEVER.......
the attacker said he was from the far-right ‘Mouvance Identitaire’ & appeared to be wearing a jacket displaying a “Defend Europe” logo, which refers to a string of anti-refugee operations by the Generation Identity group.
It is mentioned that he also made a Nazi salute during the incident.

But once it was discovered that he WASN’T a Muslim, the media went straight to blaming his “mental health” for the incident.
& people still want to deny that Islamophobia exist?!

I’M SO TIRED.
OPEN. YOUR. FUCKING. EYES.
& you know, as if things aren’t bad enough as they are, French far-right nationalist have taken to the streets chanting “Islam out of Europe”.

A threatening letter was sent to a mosque in Vernon district, Northern France through the mailbox.

The letter included death threats & insulting messages aimed towards Muslims such as “take the veil off your Arab wh*res” 🤢
