If I could sum the race part up in one slide, it's this one--don't overthink it.
Going one step deeper into this deck, since we now basically have the relevant polling picture in full, I think it's worth looking back at 2016.
If we're clear-eyed about the lessons of 2016, and don't use it as an excuse to handwave polls and say nothing matters, it's good to remember not to rigidly apply the lens of 4 years prior, and especially to listen to what the data and the trends are telling you.
