Winning the first 20 minutes of your day will change your life.

- THREAD -
Think of an example someone did this morning to flood their brain with bullshit.

Grabbing the phone is easily one of the worst.

Taking a device that contains nearly synthetic happiness and programming it into the alpha mind.

Crazy.
You see, the first 20 minutes are arguably the most important ones of your entire day.

It's been called the gateway to the subconscious mind - The Alpha State.

That time window is when your subconscious mind is most impressionable and soaks up information like a sponge.
Soaks up information like a sponge...

Now ask yourself this; right when you wake up
 What do you do?

This set of decisions made is critical, my friend.

Would you check Twitter knowing that those thoughts are being soaked in like a sponge?
Listen to Spotify knowing that it’s directly streaming into your mind?

No.

Or, would you rather grab your journal and soak up your

OWN - goals - dreams - methods - ideas.

Your brain, whether you like it or not, will be realizing this time as what’s most important to you.
You’re literally in full programming mode.

I imagine you’d much rather it your own thoughts flooding your mind -

No longer making the mistake of registering absolute garbage in this demanding time.

Books are a beautiful thing to program with as well.
I prefer something more ‘The Alchemist’ than I do ‘The Rational Male’, in the mornings, as I find it more peaceful and less subjected towards one niche that I don’t truly care to consider at this time.
Use this time when your subconscious mind is most powerful to fill it with the tools, energy, and direction.

Journaling
Morning Walk
Reading
Meditating
Lifting
Business ventures
Planning
Concentrating on a subject of importance
Whatever it may be; get it right, my brother.
