Texas AG Ken Paxton was indicted for felony securities fraud in 2015.

His case has still not gone to trial.

If it goes to trial it will likely be in Collin County's 416th district court, currently presided over by a Republican.

We can fix that!

Collin County has 13 District Courts, 7 County Courts at Law, 1 Probate Court, and 5 Justices of the Peace.

Furthermore, there are 9 justices on the Texas Supreme Court.
