You will find excuses to avoid social interaction ,and then have lack of self confidence because of this. You are affected by other peoples opinions. If you are easily hurt by others opinions learn to cope with it and thank yourself.

Deal with your problems or challenges DO NOT GIVE UP. Train yourself to acquire new skills and extend your comfort zone ; create good habits that will benefit you in the future.
4: Growth Zone

The best for last. Find purpose in your, life live your dreams, set new goals and CONQUER objectives.
