🌻Shakti & Menopause

Our ovaries are glands just like the pineal gland or the thyroid. They secrete hormones estrogen and progesterone. They are part of the endocrine glands. The glands in the brain take charge of the release of hormones from the uterus and the rest of the body.
Which means the glands in the brain act like king & queen, Deva & Devi, manage the two hemispheres of the brain/body. The body has two hemispheres - the brain, one pair of ears, eyes, nostrils, lungs, hands, kidneys, legs holding on to the skeletal system..
Women have a pair of ovaries too.

The main job of the ovaries is to maintain female health. The uterus is the centre of the female universe. Uterus health is responsible for the development of her body and potential to be Ma.
Just like a seed has the memory of the parent tree's energy and intelligence to produce infinite fruits and flowers, to grow the roots, the trunk, branches, in the same way a female child has the potential and intelligence of all future eggs within her lifetime.
It's like eggs within eggs within eggs. She carries infinite eggs of her future generations, similar to the Russian Matryoshka dolls - doll within a doll within a doll within a doll. This is a classic example of physical fractals of women carrying eggs of the daughter,
of the grand daughter, of the great granddaughter. In the past her mother carried her eggs and her daughter’s eggs and her granddaughter eggs and the great grand daughter’s eggs. The same concept has been explained in 2D in our Balbharati Book Covers, one within the other.
Infinity - as Ishwara within Ishwara within Ishwara. Hence the concept of Ishwara inside and outside. All pervading. Omnipresent.

0 - zero being the balance factor between -1 and +1. Same as the Present being the 0 factor or the balance factor of the Past and Future.
Therefore the saying Now is the only time there is; Child is the Father of Man.

‘Witness’ as explained in Advaita Vedantam. If I am not there, nothing exists. Therefore the Self is the be all and end all in manifestation.
Hunger, Food. Fragrance, Smell. Order, Chaos. Aesthetic, In-esthetic. Beautiful, Ugly. Perfection, Imperfection. Small, Big. Pindandam, Brahmandam. Intelligent, Dumb. Black, White. Long, Short. Wave, Particle. Famine, Floods. High, Low. Starting, Ending. Fire, Ice. Fractal, Whole
.

These are parallels.

Depending on which subject is being discussed, appropriate words are used to describe everything for better understanding.

Point. Bindu. Centre. Local. Core. Drop. Atomic. Pindandam. Amsham.
These words describe the moment or place of origin,
thereafter growth and amplification. And somewhere along it balances or keeps intact its surroundings.

All the above are descriptions for us to notice, understand, witness and accept the fact that they are all based on perceptions. If I know long, I will know short.
If I know black, I will know white. If I know now, I will know the future moment. If I learn and understand the core, I will understand the wholeness of it. If I know myself, I will know Ishwara.

All these are words trying to describe something.
Everything we engage in has an imbalance/displacement potential and/or healing/balancing potential. These work directly in our consciousness.

Uterus health and its energy quotient is very sensitive and delicate.
They engage with energies of creation and growth to witness and bear a child from a zygote onwards. From a point of origin they proceed to complete 10 Lunar months until delivery. Every 27 days as per the Lunar Calendar and Nakshtras a woman menstruates, as per nature.
It is not just like that Devi/Ma/Shakti has colour Red for alankaaram, sindooram and flowers.

Athletics and other very hard movements tend to create shock in the body. These jerks or energies, cause imbalance as these get absorbed and contained in the women.
Pain, emotional ups and downs happen because of the pent up feelings of angst which women are unaware of as injuries sustained.

In olden days women did a lot of physical work but rested for 3-9 days every month. Menstruation is water energy and moves downwards.
Therefore women are asked to keep away from the kitchen and temples where fire energy and heat is highest.

Further, women were asked to not exert themselves physically during menses because breath is also fire.
To keep the body from overheating, they were asked to stay ‘outside’ the house, in an area - sitting or lying down. All this while without engaging in physical activities, they maintain their breath rate at a calm peaceful pace.
The Indian word for menses in most regional languages means ‘outside’. It means she is ‘outside the house, because she is menstruating’. Therefore there are a lot of do’s and don’ts for women around menses period to not overheat their being and increase chaos
and energies to not overlap or create unrest.

If the body overheats or women engage in viruddha activities, these would show up as diseases later in life because of the clash between energies.

After living life on my own terms as ‘feminists’
these days we are showing side effects in the form of painful menopause, cramping, passing clots, PCOS/PCOD, fibroids, cysts, uterus prolapse, unable to conceive and more.

Energies climb up like the capillary effect. Like gravity pulls us down, there is equal and
opposite energy upwards too. Much like the pull and push, equal and opposite reactions being exerted.

Energies of all kinds exist around us.

Our ancients knew about these energies and therefore forbade us from trekking mountains like Agastya Koodam Mala and Shabarimala in
Kerala and some more temples located on hills. The same principles stand for not taking darshanam in temples while menstruating.

Just like Suryanamaskar is all about harnessing fire and water energies during morning hours, these energies find their way into the women through
the openings around the mooladhara chakra, the openings at the perineum. These energies make home and cause diseases later. Just that women who go trekking on these mountains [if at all], may never associate their problems with climbing or trekking, stamping on such energies.
These are the effects of inward and outward projections of energies.

The easiest way out is to dismiss and say all this is mumbo jumbo. Very tough to adhere to the wisdom of our forefathers. Data is available in our land as samskriti where devi is worshipped. (Thread1)
It is like saying gravity does not exist on earth or there is nothing called capillary reaction.

Take a moment, think. Our ancestors lived ‘prevention is better than cure’ lives.
Still want to throw away all the old words of wisdom of cause and effect? Then be ready to live with lifestyle diseases going forward.

The word Shakti, means ENERGY
