"The Plan" is a 5" thick binder document developed in the 50's designed to use information from the future to defeat the Death Cult cabal.

Information from the future is accessed by the use of a 'Quantum Correlated Device' (QCD). Like wifi through time, a QCD employs 'quantum entanglement' (i.e. quantum _correlation_).

When an electrical component called a diode, which only allows current (energy) flow in 1 direction, is overloaded, current temporarily flows in both directions.

This is called an 'avalanche'.

A QCD uses overloaded diodes of matching frequencies at different places in space & time.

This quantum correlation allows for sending video & audio just like wireless broadband transmissions.

Surveillance QCD devices have been used to access information. These are 14" chrome/metallic spheres with anti-gravity producing innards that can be sent through a modern time portal device, created based on the Roswell 'Orion Cube' technology.

Certain Military bases have QCDs which are under heavy guard, as time paradoxes can occur.

The people in the future figured out how to defeat the Death Cult cabal. They created a hub/portal, sent agents 'back' to one of these bases, gave them a QCD & transmitted "The Plan".
