Today is my 1st day with tips to be followed by fitness trainer. By afternoon only of the FIRST day it’s NOT happening 😭
Day 2 of following the instructions of fitness trainer. Bec he has asked me to note down whatever I eat, I just cudn’t have a single cookie/ chips/ Kurkure 🙈 but this willpower can’t go on forever right? 🦉
Day 9. I no longer feel human. I am a 🐐 on fruits and vegetables

Day 21. I have realised that if I google anything related to a healthy lifestyle, the first link that I get is either of NDTV or TOI. This is how they r getting a lot of hits to their websites. #realisation

Festival season is an extremely difficult time for those trying to achieve fitness.

Since past four days the weighing scale shows the same! 🥳
Day 36

Have realised why people smoke/ chew pan/ pan masala/ supari/ keep laung/ badi ilaichi or even raw chawal in mouth!

Something on lips or mouth gives a unique (albeit wrong ) signal to the brain!

How did feasting get so deep rooted in our mind for festivals/family functions/wedding and birthdays?

Why does our mind tell us that it’s ok to eat fatty and sugary food on such days. Why do we justify it as such?

Just thinking 💭 out loud!
Day 46

Always sip water slowly and when relaxed in a sitting position. Never drink / gulp it down in a standing position. You will start feeling a difference in your upper abdomen area very soon. Also slightly warm water is always better but that’s not possible always.
Day 57

Given a choice I will now pick homemade traditional greasy stuff or mithai OVER stuff such as a pizza or cake. I have also started appreciating गुड़/ पिसा गुड़ in the winter season. Maybe during the summer months gud will be difficult. #thoughts

Note to self.
The farmers are eating pizza since many days. How long can a person have control if there’s pizza on tv? So I had some 🍕 today 🥺
Day 72

1/4th of target weight loss achieved. No sense of accomplishment, just staring at the vast expanse of the goal left. 💝
