Did anyone know about this? Todd Smith announced today that his ministry continues to make discretionary payments to people with disabilities. As in they're currently doing it. Who is receiving this magical discretionary benefit? Anyone? Listen to the question and his answer.
The timer on the youtube video says the question starts at 25 minutes and 10 seconds. My jaw dropped with his answer. If this is true, why has no one got the message out? Why is helping people with disabilities survive this pandemic just like pulling teeth? Why is the govt not
being at the very least sued for negligence? Answers anyone? Anyone? @LegalAidOntario @ARCHDisability @LawSocietyLSO This is beyond being a crime against humanity. PWD are dying because of Doug Ford's cruelties.
