This is what's helping us keep our costs so low. We can buy A LOT more material. Therefore driving out costs down.
If you're smaller and can't seem to get economies of scale, look into Group Purchasing Organizations.

This is another reason we're able to keep our costs low.
We've taken our route history, quantified how frequently we're in an area per month, and then built our routing around that.
We save on gas & time. And we can fit more customers.

By having someone completely dedicated to inspections allows our company to do more inspections, thereby scheduling more repair jobs.

c) Talk about chimney issues in as they are discovered. This increases perceived value

a) We used NiceJob to help earn more reviews
b) We put up yard signs in our customer's yards (with their permission)
c) built a custom referral engine with Gravity Forms, Zapier, & Google Sheets

When people see that their chimney is leaky, they tend to call their roofer.
We've partnered with a couple roofing companies. They just want a partner company that won't make them look bad.

This one was huge. We actively asked our customers how we were doing.

We still have 1 more quarter left (Q4 = busy season for chimney companies)
We're on track to grow >80% since last year. We have a ton to learn and more processes to build out. But I'm proud of where we are.
