Klopp's Reds have been brilliant over the past few seasons, credit to them.

This success took time AND trust.

Trust between the Board and manager and acceptance that it takes time to transform a vision into reality.

While it's very frustrating that we have seen the topsy-turvy performances & results, including identity & system issues, the context can't be ignored.

The isn't a justification/excuses, it's perspective.

Frank was thrust into this position during a challenging period for the club. He's learning, he's got lots of new faces to integrate, it's only a few games in!

I'm hurting like all s atm. But what hurts more is:
1. We're too quick to throw our manager and players under the bus, it's only a few games in.
2. We don't appreciate this is a long term game and aren't patient.

Frank is one of our own. Fans say we should separate the player from the manager.

While that's fair, it's also fair to give him time to show us what he can do now that he has his players. A few games in isn't enough.
