- No transfer of FC to others
- Aadhar for full Board; passport for OCI
- Get all FC in SBI first; t/f to secondary a/c after this

Proposed migration of all FCRA designated accounts to SBI New Delhi, needs to be thought through. How will charities and religious trusts spread across India open and manage accounts home-branched at Delhi?

Revised sec. 7 of #FCRA is like a tectonic shift of philanthropy in India. Donor agencies & larger NGOs won’t be able to sub-grants FC funds to other FC-registered NGOs. It’ll change the landscape of Charity in India.
