How rapists choose their victims

⚠️ A NECESSARY THREAD ⚠️
first I wanna say that this is just a translation
the original thread belongs to @fluvmin
I had their lermi6to translate
Pls retweet so more people can see it
1- They choose women who have long hair ties up in a ponytail or braid since it is easier to pull
2- they prefer women who have clothes that are easier to rip
3- distracted women are the ones who are easier to attack (wearing earphones, using their cellphone, etc...
4- they prefer to attack in the morning from 5:00 o'clock till 8:30am and at night since 11:00o clock but unfortunately it's not only during this hours
5- women with something that can be used as a weapon, like an umbrella, or your bag (if it is big or heavy) usually are not attacked, but it's not always a guarantee
be aware that small things like keys are not that helpful, since the attacker need to get close to you so you can use it
you can use them as in last resource
6- they prefer women who are alone
7- they tend to attack women who are walking next to dead end alleys cause they usually drag them there
8- never scream for help, that will scare the people that might live in that area, instead, scream like something is on fire or what might be more credible where you are
9- avoid walking on empty and dark streets
10- if you feel bothered when someone is looking at you and realize that even if you don't do anything, they will keep looking at you, pretend that you're feeling sick or you saw something that might scare not only that person, but also the people around you
11- and if, unfortunately, it happens, DO NOT take a shower before going to the hospital or a police station
12- you can also pretend like your crazy, like, REALLY CRAZY, start laughing, talking to yourself, turn into Harley Quinn
if it doesn't work, you can bark
(looks like a joke but I swear it's not)
+ this is not like this for every predator, but according to studies, this is the most common behavior between rapists, killers and kidnappers
even though this happens to mostly women, anyone can be a victim, please BE CAREFUL, doesn't matter what your gender identity is
also, if anything happens, there's no motive for you to be ashamed, you did nothing wrong
your clothes weren't to tight or too short
it wasn't your fault that you were drunk
it's not your fault if someone drugged your drink
