Why did @LASDHQ feel the need to communicate to these protestors through Twitter? Why did they include an inflammatory quote in that com & all cap certain text? I think we all know the answer.

And, finally, let's be real clear here: The possibility that the @LASDHQ took the opportunity to exploit the shooting of 2 law enforcement officers to inflame the community is as reprehensible as the actions of those individuals taunting police at the hospital.
