And I am *not* saying this to absolve these women or to praise them. I *am* saying it b/c 1. these voters exist & we should understand them & 2. We already know everything there is to know about the white dudes in diners

Finally, the article exposes some interesting dynamics in white conservative relationships, especially in the Trump era. This is something that deserves our attention on an *analytic* level if we are to better understand the electorate.

And, to be clear, again, when I say we should understand them, I mean we should understand them as voters who can help us win. And if they are turning against Trump, can they help us win in the future? Or will they go back to the fold? I'm talking electoral strategy. That alone.
