WELLNESS

Being productive, improving & at peace with one's self, takes focus each day.

-daily checklists
-acts of gratitude
-helping others
-new experiences
-daily reflection

The goal is to work towards a greater meaning & purpose in life.
HEALTH

Fitness & nutrition takes focus each day.
Simple steps = long term success.

Begin with:
-30 mins of daily activity
-1 healthy meal each day

Document it & build from this.

The goal is to work towards increased energy to be more productive each day.
⭕PPORTUNITY

Always look for new ideas, investments, & people to meet. This takes focus each day.

"Random collisions" lead to

-life education
-employment
-new business/partnerships

The goal is build relationships that provide value to each of you. As a result your ⭕ grows.
LIFESTYLE

We are responsible for all the choices we make. This takes focus each day.

-diet/exercise
-work ethic
-friendships
-hobbies
-balancing wants vs. needs

The goal is that the SUM of all of our choices compound into our lifestyle.
Choose accordingly.
EDUCATION

Being a lifelong learner takes focus each day. It is the key to improvement.

Technology makes this attainable.

-new skill sets
-areas of interests
-self help

The goal is to continually educate yourself.
The world is constantly changing. You need to as well.
Now, I am not an expert & I do not have all of the answers.

I do have a lifetime of experience as an athlete, educator & coach.

Life is about navigating the ups & downs knowing it is a continuous process, like a ⭕!

The battle is to be consistent & simply strive to move ➡️
Being WH⭕LE

-is a MINDSET
-is a living & breathing process
-takes being consistent
-is not easy (why it is worth it)
-personally works for me

Some areas may need more attention then others at times, depending on the situation.

It is a long term, all-in, way of life.
