PREVIOUS BIRTH OF VASUDEV, DEVKI AND ROHINI.

We all sometimes wonder why the Parmatma has to take birth as a human from time to time. Every birth of Parmatma has a specific reason.
Today we start with the previous birth of VASUDEV, DEVKI AND ROHINI.

We all know they were parents of Shri Krishna and Balram. The story starts with Rishi Kashyap and his two wives, Aditi and Diti. As you know very well that VASUDEV and Devki were the biological parents of Krishna.

Once Kashyap borrowed a Cow from Varundev, but was reluctant to return it back. On several reminders by Varundev, the Rishi ignored him. Ultimately the devta went to Brahma to complain about the Rishi but not before the curse to Rishi.

Varundev cursed him that u will take birth as a human along with ur two wives, but no one will be happy.Since you have made my calves motherless,your wives too will to feel the loss of the missing loved one's. In fact your wife will give birth in jail & will suffer a lot of pain.

Why is it that a Maharishi like Kashyap commit such a crime and fall prey to greed. Friends,the cause was Maya. Maya entangles you in such a way that you cannot escape it's clutches.

Poor Aditi was not only cursed by Varundev but also by Diti, the other wife of Rishi Kashyap.

So Kashyap Rishi was born as VASUDEV and Aditi and Diti were born as Devki and Rohini.
