Because they could use the people they would chip with vaccines as they wanted for their own desires, but they could not use those who died without being vaccinated. So they devised a plan that killed fewer people but spread the fear of death to more people.
Few people would die, but images of these people would spread through the media, creating a fear of death in all people. People who did not know that death was just a change of form would accept anything in order not to die.
Even if the vaccine was said to be dangerous, people who were willing to do everything in order not to die could see even slavery better than death. And the plan was implemented, few people died, many people were afraid.
Frightened people waiting in line for vaccinations, often unaware of what awaits them, and sometimes even consenting to slavery, prepare their own end so as not to die. The reason for all this is that the phenomenon of death has been misunderstood for thousands of years.
So if you don't release all the old, you won't be able to see the new.
