Okay time for a thread. What is queer theory and how in the world is it linked to pedophilia? Going to compile all the fact I am aware of into this thread , also if you have more feel free to add
When I speak about queer theory, I am NOT referring to the lgbt+ community. Queer used to be an insult but it was “taken back” in the early 1990s . So what is queer theory?
Queer theory started out as deconstructing heteronormativity to make sexuality fluid , fragmented. Unfortunately Queer theory went from to post modernism and deconstruction of “social constructs”
Now what is the problem you may ask? Well somethings may be “social constructs” but they are useful. Example is a thing like age. We did “construct” it but it is very useful.
Now let me first go to the “founding fathers” of queer theory, these are people whose thoughts built what we now know to be queer theory. So see picture below
Now queer theory has entered both gender and feminist discourse so that’s why the ideas keep on getting repeated a lot
Now to the thing is some of these “founding fathers” and prominent “queer theorist” advocates for despicable things, I would name them in this thread. One of the things are pedophila
Michael Foucault in 1977 was one of the leading figures in a petition calling for Abrogations of several articles of age of consent. He argued that assuming that a child is unable to consent to sexual relationships is abuse. He wanted the age of consent to be 8

Judith Butler another “founding father” argued that being against incest is somehow being pro child abuse.
Pat Califia another leading figure, came out with a book where he talked about having sex with animal, men and how children can actually consent to a sexual relationship. I would reference an article below

The main problem is “queer” can be anything. It’s like the ultimate “oppressed” tag so a lot of very problematic things have been hidden in queer. There are many more articles/evidence of leading queer theorists trying to justify other despicable things but I ...
Can’t find them now. So this thread would have to stop. Anyway I have sha brought evidence of the dangers of queer theory and how it has been linked to pedophilia, incest, beastality etc
