For the team, the sport, the friendship, and so much more. That's #WhyWeDoIt. From RL masters at Lamport before or after Wolfpack matches (and once at halftime in the Million Pound Game) https://twitter.com/TOwolfpack/status/1304093366716698624
To meeting up with the match officials to thank them for what they do (and even get rewarded with a jersey)
Spending time making posters at home with my youngest son, getting players and staff to sign them, and mounting them on his bedroom door.
To my own project, a flag signed by every player and staff member (measured out and organized neatly because yes, I am a teacher)
A big part of why we do is welcoming visitors to Lamport, even the random skunk who took to the field one day. #WhyWeDoIt
Getting the chance to take part in some of the half-time fun is just another reason #WhyWeDoIt
It's always great to be able to meet up with the players, and their families #WhyWeDoIt
Following our team on the road, if and when we can, is another reason #WhyWeDoIt (these are from our trip to Widnes last July)
On occasion just having a beer at the game is enough, especially if you can collect the can afterward.
Meeting up with some of the nicest people I've met and sharing a love of rugby league is #WhyWeDoIt
And spending time with family in something we can enjoy together is also #WhyWeDoIt
As is sharing the sport with others #WhyWeDoIt
