1-Kuwait unlikely because most of the Kuwaiti society is anti-Israel .
2-Qatar is out of the Game since they are allied with Turkey and they follow Turkey orders.
3-Saudi Arabia unlikely because they host the two holiest sites of Islam. https://twitter.com/michelledivontv/status/1304634140638273536
4-Oman is the most likely but this might damage their image as Neutral player between Iran,Saudi Arabia and Israel.
5-Yemen,Iraq,Syria,Lebanon are out of the Picture since their foreign policy is influenced by Iran.
6-Libya is unlikely due to the civil war.
7-Algeria is a very pro-Palestine country so I do not see that coming soon.
8-Morocco is a pro-Western Monarchy and the King has good relations with Israel Moroccan Jews so I would say its a possibility.
9-Mauritania recognized in 1999 and I think with right incentive they might reactivate the relationship after they froze in 2009.
10-Sudan might recognize Israel to reduce sanctions and to get out of the list of countries that supports terrorism .
11-Jordan,Egypt,UAE,And Bahrain have already done that.
12-Tunisia I do not think so since the Population is highly anti-Israel and most parties are against normalization.
