IMO diversity is 1 of the most misdefined word.

Diversity in race & gender does not necessarily equate to diversity in intelligence & strength which leads to innovation.

As defined by many on the L & R, it turns nations into monotoned utopia w identically robotic foot soldiers.

A successful & smart nation is one that is diverse in gathering the best that the human race has to offer and only then that nation can be strong enough to not only elevate its own citizens & maintain its own growth but also help other nations and lead them to advancement.

Unfortunately those who seek power have indoctrinated & victimized the less intelligent & in many cases the less fortunate to think that their shortcomings are due to faults of others & not of their own.

Diversity should go hand in hand w qualification, not looks & background.
