The broken one Hartnell absentmindedly fusses over before getting distracted- very much like Professor Yana can never quite focus on his broken watch in "Utopia"...
We know a Chameleon Arch doesn't always hide someone's memories in a pocket watch. And then there's that clock in the dream from "The Timeless Children". Note the position of the hands on it, and go back and look at the Hartnell screengrab again...
Could be a coincidence, of course.
