Revenge trade setups present themselves quickly, you know full well what will happen, but you take one anyway and end up losing a trade (more often than not)
The revenge trade you don’t take ends up working out, and you kick yourself for being such a pussy; the next trade on tilt entered with confidence, again, is another loser. This game is designed to destroy you mentally
Sticking to your plan you get into another setup, this looks good, pa goes in your direction,your confident this will be a winner. Leaving it overnight is hard but you must follow the plan. Next day it’s still in play,but ur bored so exit for tiny profit - it goes on to hit ur TP
Bored of btc you switch focus to other markets, but u don’t have an edge here, regardless the moves are too tempting. Jumping in on a strong trend you get some good gains, but you get greedy and hold, only to be dumped on a moment later
Another coin is moving so you jump in again, taking a quick 5% profit...coin goes on to run 80%

Your TP finally hits. It isn’t much, it’s just a scalp, but mentally it’s a victory, it’s more than that, it’s a win, it’s a psychological win for you against the market
