Hey gang. I'm 35 years old today. I'd like to share with you something that happened to me recently.

I was riding my motorcycle when it began to rain. At 60 mph raindrops become needles on your bare skin. I cursed the sky and the gods as I slowed to enter a neighborhood. 1/4
I had 20 miles to go. Furious at my fortune and audibly cursing, I looked to my right. I saw two small children laughing, squealing and splashing around in the forming puddles.

It hit me like a truck. Faced with the same weather conditions, these kids were having the time

of their lives. Yet here I was, poisoning myself with my own rage.

We are presented with opportunities to learn and grow, to better ourselves, everywhere we go. It's such a cliché but nothing can change a set of circumstances more than a positive attitude.

Each of us has the potential to make things better around us.
